Clinical Lead in Psychiatry

We are seeking a qualified Psychiatrist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients in various specialties, including Adult Inpatient, Adult Community, Consultation Liaison, and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
The ideal candidate will have the skills and qualifications necessary to provide comprehensive Specialist Psychiatry services and contribute to quality improvement activities and training and education programs.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Providing Specialist Psychiatry services to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Participating in quality improvement activities and providing training and education to clinicians.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams and contributing to leadership development initiatives.
- Eligibility: Eligible for registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Psychiatrist.
- Clinical Experience: Demonstrated recent clinical experience in Psychiatry at the role delineation of the service.
- Educational Qualifications: Accredited ECT provider or willingness to work towards same for all adult related specialities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and provide leadership of a team.
