Overview

Menzies Aviation is a leading provider of aviation services, delivering time-critical logistics solutions at over 290 locations across 65 countries. We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Passenger Services Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Validate passenger documents and ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Tag baggage, arrange seating, and issue boarding passes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Requirements:

  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
