About the Role
The successful candidate will provide technical advice and oversight on the design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions and applications within the EMR. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing high-quality advice to the EMR and Informatics General Manager and broader Program staff on key issues relating to strategy and the ongoing design and development of the EMR.
- Guiding the EMR and Informatics Program through upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing system maintenance.
- Developing and implementing domain strategy, regulatory, code/package management, optimization, and standards.
- Providing solution guidance and expertise in CCL coding, MPage development, and HTML/JavaScript.
- Delivering ongoing education and mentorship to the Monash Health EMR and Informatics Program in design principles and guidelines.
- Engaging effectively with vendors and external stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in CCL coding and MPage development.
- Significant knowledge of HTML and JavaScript, and its application in custom MPage development within the Oracle EMR environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
