Senior Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Office Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Managing Director and team in Sydney. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant looking to take their career to the next level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating complex diaries, managing multiple tasks, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Diary Management: Coordinate internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences with senior stakeholders.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights and accommodation for the team, ensuring compliance with company travel policies.
- Expense Reports: Accurately complete expense reports for the team each month.
- Administration: Provide general administrative support, including document production and ad-hoc project work.
- Client Entertainment: Organize lunches, dinners, and other events as required.
- Event Coordination: Assist with client events and functions, including coordination of logistics and materials.
- At least 3 years' experience in a senior support role, preferably from an asset management or financial services background.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field with excellent results.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
