About This Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential properties. This includes ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining high standards of customer service and property maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and implement strategies to optimize budget allocation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three years of experience in property management, preferably with expertise in affordable housing and Section 8 programs.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles, with a strong ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with residents, staff, and external partners.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • A strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards, particularly with regards to HUD and LIHTC programs.
