Account Portfolio Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of accounts and driving revenue growth through strategic account management.
This role requires nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts, and understanding client needs to deliver targeted solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute account strategies to drive renewals, expansions, and increased product adoption.
- Take ownership of the renewal process and engage with clients to discuss ongoing goals, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and close opportunities to introduce clients to additional features, integrations, and services that align with their business needs and growth objectives.
