Regional General Manager Opportunity

A leadership role has become available to oversee a diverse portfolio of three distinctive properties in Melbourne's CBD.

The portfolio includes:

  • Mantra 100 Exhibition: a 75-room property with spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments
  • Urban Apartments Melbourne on Elizabeth: 35-room apartment-style accommodation
  • Adelphi Hotel: a 34-room boutique hotel renowned for bold design and unforgettable guest experiences

This role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio, lead motivated teams, and work closely with stakeholders as part of our strata-titled properties.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Regional General Manager to drive performance across all three properties.

You will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing daily operations to ensure service and presentation excellence
  • Leading, developing, and mentoring multi-site teams to deliver consistent guest satisfaction
  • Managing financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, P&L accountability, and cost controls
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and representatives
  • Acting as the primary liaison for strata-titled property stakeholders
  • Driving sales, local engagement, and market growth in Melbourne's competitive CBD environment
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Extensive experience in senior leadership roles, ideally across multi-site or strata-titled properties
  • Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in revenue management, budgeting, and cost control
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strong leadership ability to inspire, guide, and manage teams across multiple sites
  • Knowledge of systems, including PMS, Channel Management, and accounting software
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach to operations and guest experience delivery
  • A clear commitment to compliance, safety, and operational standards
