Key Responsibilities
  • Cover for the Senior Payroll Officer during a 2-month leave period and ensure payroll is run in a timely and effective manner
  • Assist the payroll team with the implementation of our new Technology One payroll system
  • Assist employees by checking and processing their commencement, cessation, and extension of contract advices
  • Determine, authorise, and process salaries, wages, and allowances for employees ensuring compliance with Awards, Agreements, and contracts
  • Create and maintain personnel and payroll records for all employees

About You
  • Minimum 2 years end-to-end payroll experience
  • Experience with Micropay/Sage and Technology One (preferred)
  • Skilled in identifying problems and creating solutions for business improvement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for consulting with stakeholders and advising on project methodology
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines with an analytical approach to complex problems
  • National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
