Senior Payroll Officer Job Description

AccountAbility is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Officer to support a large manufacturing client in West Sydney for a 6-week period.

This role will be working in a small team processing weekly payroll for up to 1400 employees on the Micropay system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end weekly payroll
  • Maintain employee files
  • Coordinate daily tasks
  • Process annual leave and absences
  • Process manual timesheets

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of system knowledge
  • 1+ year of Kronos experience
