We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our residential aged care facility in Toowoomba, South East Queensland.
The facility features breathtaking views across the adjacent sporting oval through to the city landscape. It spans 2 acres of lush elevated green space, with 3 levels and 4 wings.
Our residents receive the best care and access to safe facilities at all times. We appreciate that our home is their home every day.
About You
You will be a people leader who aligns with our philosophy on resident wellbeing, quality of care, employee engagement, and operational excellence. You possess strong capabilities:
- Senior leadership skills in dynamic operations for residential aged care facilities, including accreditation standards.
- A collaborative, approachable, and influential leadership style focused on clinical care and customer service to residents, and staff management.
- Strong leadership skills to influence stakeholders and achieve cultural change.
- Superior communication skills and appreciation for a multi-cultural healthcare workforce.
- PASSIONate about profitability, developing occupancy sales strategies, and commitment to local community allied health and sector networking experience.
- Comfort with KPIs and SLAs, driving operational excellence and a high trust environment.
- Astuteness in financial management and budgeting acumen.
- Ability to implement systems and processes at every level of a new business/facility.
- Solution-focused and innovative thinking to achieve staff engagement, resident outcomes, and satisfaction.
