About the Role

At our Residential Aged Care Facility, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Personal Carer to join our team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing quality care that enhances and promotes the quality of life for individuals;
  • Assisting clients with personal care activities;
  • Supporting domestic and household duties, including meal support and routine activities;
  • Maintaining and promoting a therapeutic environment in accordance with legislation and best practice;

We are looking for someone who is able to form lasting connections with our residents and their families, and who is committed to delivering exceptional holistic resident care.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III (or higher) in Individual Support (Aged Care) or similar qualification;
  • Experience working as a Personal Carer in Residential Aged Care;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
