Commercial Asset Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Asset Support Specialist to join our team in the day-to-day management of premium commercial assets.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support senior property managers in their daily activities.
Main Responsibilities- Assist in managing client portfolios, including daily activities and financial tasks.
- Perform various administrative tasks, including accounts payable, receivable, and budgeting.
- Raise purchase orders and manage arrears, ensuring timely payment and resolution.
- Support with rent reviews and lease maintenance, ensuring compliance and optimal results.
- Prepare monthly tenant reports, providing valuable insights into portfolio performance.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar property role, preferably with a relevant degree.
- A valid Agents Representative/Certificate of Registration is essential for this position.
- The ideal candidate will be proficient in MS Office Suite and have excellent communication skills.
