Training Program Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Program Manager to play a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations team.

The ideal candidate will have a solid training background, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to think outside the box and enhance traditional training modules. They should also be proficient in using training software and tools.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the operations support team.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate staff performance to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching.
  • Manage and maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation.
  • Mentor team members in resolving complex issues and challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organisation to ensure understanding of training programs and objectives.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Cert IV Training and Assessment (or working towards).
  • Substantial experience in operations support, training, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong knowledge of operations processes, systems, and best practices.
