**Tourism and Training Career Opportunity**

We have a captive internal market of over 4,000 employees, providing a stable and consistent source of business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operations of our Registered Training Organisation (RTO). This includes financial management, project management, and administrative tasks.

You will also be accountable for delivering on our strategic objectives for growth, including securing state and federal training funding, developing strategic partnerships, and managing our website and digital capabilities.

We are looking for a highly experienced RTO operator who has a proven track record in successfully managing RTO operations. You should have a strong understanding of the Australian Skills Quality Authority, training packaging requirements, and AVETMISS.

In addition to your operational expertise, you should also have excellent business development skills, including sales strategy and partnership development. Your experience in P&L management, forecasting, and cost management is essential.

Desirable qualifications include the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, as well as experience in the aquatics, fitness, or tourism industry.
