Property Accounting Specialist

As a key member of our Shared Services department, you will be responsible for supporting Accounts Receivable and Lease Administration functions.

This includes processing rental payments and receipts, reconciling trust bank accounts daily, monitoring the suspense account, dealing with rental queries from Tenants & Property Managers, and performing lease maintenance functions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Daily processing of rental payments & receipts.
  • Reconciliation of trust bank accounts on a daily basis.
  • Monitoring the suspense account.
  • Responding to rental queries from Tenants & Property Managers.
  • Performing lease maintenance functions i.e., entering new leases, amending/varying existing leases, processing vacating tenants etc.

To be successful in this role, you will require previous experience in high volume Accounts Receivable roles, preferably with Yardi or MRI software systems. A proven attention to detail is also essential.
