Transaction Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Transaction Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in transaction management and leasing, with a strong understanding of the logistics and real estate industries.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic partnerships with property owners, managers, and occupiers to drive network expansion. You will also identify and engage key stakeholders across government and private investment sectors, coordinate lease and license documentation, and conduct market analysis and asset due diligence.

You will lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders and commercial partners, collaborate with Operations teams to drive transactional outcomes, and manage Salesforce platform and provide comprehensive pipeline reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • 5+ years in transaction management and leasing (logistics or real estate preferred).
  • Strong analytical and data management capabilities.
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with technical teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software.
