Senior Technical Sales Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Solution Specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Specialists to support our sales organization and customers effectively.
- Drive sales and customer success by collaborating with the sales team to drive deal closure and providing technical expertise to develop strategic account plans.
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for our product suite, particularly in specialized areas such as Financial Management, and ensure the team is equipped with deep product knowledge.
- Establish and refine processes for tracking team involvement in the sales lifecycle, forecasting, and improving internal communications and reporting.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Product Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure customer needs are met and provide feedback on product development.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in technical B2B sales, with SaaS experience preferred.
- 3+ years in a management or leadership role, ideally overseeing a technical team.
- Proven experience in managing sales processes and driving team performance.
- Strong technical aptitude with experience using CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), MS Office, and Google Applications.
