Job Overview

The Product Manager will lead and manage product owners across a program, focusing on data and director ID products.

This role requires strong leadership qualities and experience in delivering complex programs with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead product owners to deliver outcomes by leveraging people, technology, data, law, and policy.
  • Modernise ASIC registers, data, and user interfaces according to One ASIC principles.
  • Prioritise delivery of director and data features based on user needs and feasibility.
  • Represent user data needs to ensure consumer-focused product design.
  • Enhance UX using data insights to drive engagement and measurable impact.
  • Collaborate with teams and partners to deliver quality products.
  • Advise on UX, UI, and accessibility design.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organisational standards.
About You

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with:

  • Tertiary qualifications and/or experience leading large transformation programmes.
  • Background in IT, Business, or Communications with product and change management expertise.
  • Proven delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programmes with multiple stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of strategy and operating models.
  • Skill in leveraging infrastructure to improve processes.
  • Effective influencer across all organisational levels.
  • Able to bridge business needs and technology constraints.
  • Strong decision-making in high-pressure, competing priority environments.
  • Balanced focus on business and IT strategy, automation, and service delivery.
  • Experience in managing people, process, and behavioural change initiatives.
