Job Title: Complex Case Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and providing technical support.
  • Managing end-to-end case activities with line manager oversight.
  • Developing resolution options and outcomes for AAT matters.
  • Creating participant plans to reflect funded supports.

Essential Skills Required:

  • Individual case management of high-risk cases.
  • Interpreting information and legislation to reach resolutions.
  • Making informed decisions based on evidence.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and disability supports.
  • Diverse communication skills and ability to achieve goals.
