**Job Opportunity for High Complexity Case Managers**

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team as Specialist Case Managers within our managed funds business, responsible for managing long term and complex workers compensation claims.

As a key member of our team, your role will include:

  • Case management activities including assessments, planning, treatment coordination and return to work support.
  • Collaboration with various stakeholders including workers, employers, health professionals, legal professionals and colleagues to ensure effective support.
  • Advocacy and mental health support for injured workers, ensuring they receive appropriate benefits and compensation.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation, reporting, and administration is completed within given timeframes.

The successful candidate will bring:

  • Professional experience in workers compensation with strong communication skills and a desire to support people in their return to health, well-being, and ongoing entitlements.
  • A collaborative approach to workload, focusing on building sustainable relationships, and delivering quality injury management planning.
