We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Pacific National. As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a critical role in supporting our leaders and employees to achieve business success.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with leaders across the organization to provide strategic HR advice and support.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industrial agreements and legislation.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations to the business on employee relations matters.
- Provide day-to-day HR generalist advice and support to line managers and employees.
- Contribute to business success through the development and implementation of talent management programs and initiatives.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced HR professional who has a strong understanding of HR policy, employment law, and employee relations. You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.
You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality HR services and support, with a focus on business outcomes. You will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business success.
