We engage with customers through all stages of the product life cycle, from initial specification and financing to parts and service support.

In this exciting role, you will lead and manage the Franna sales function, driving revenue growth in existing and new global markets.

You'll be responsible for full budget responsibility for the product range, enhancing, and executing global Franna Brand sales strategies.

This entails developing a clearly defined strategy to target new customers in both local and global markets, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.

You'll develop product strategy and provide direction to the senior leadership team from market analysis, customer needs, and competitor landscapes.

Assume all budget planning responsibilities, including unit and financial forecasts and working closely with other functional leaders in the organization matrix.

Establish short-term and long-term sales objectives and action plans in alignment with company goals.

Oversee dealer and partner relationships, ensuring alignment with company standards and objectives.

About You:

  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in managing dealer networks and developing product and global sales strategies.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive analysis.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum (dependent on location)
