Job Description

The Graduate Program at Greater Western Water offers a unique opportunity for recent graduates to develop their skills and knowledge in water services.

Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete rotations across various business functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
  • Contribute to practical and challenging projects that benefit the community.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders and teams to deliver results-oriented outcomes.
  • Participate in tailored learning activities to develop leadership, business skills, resilience, and agility.
  • Receive ongoing support from rotational teams, mentors, buddy-system, Executive Leadership Team, and Learning & Development Team.

Requirements:

  • You should have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree within three years of January 2026 in Engineering, Information Technology, Digital, Business, or Arts disciplines.
  • You must be an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident with permanent Australian working rights.
  • You should reside in Victoria and have a positive attitude, flexible approach to managing changing priorities, high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • A salary from $83,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation.
