The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nursing professional to join our multidisciplinary team, providing exceptional care and support to residents.
- Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on physical, emotional, and social well-being
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Assess and monitor residents' health status, identifying potential issues and taking proactive steps to prevent complications
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosages and timely delivery
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimize resident outcomes
Key Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- At least 5 years of experience working in an aged care setting, preferably with experience in leadership or clinical specialist roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on safety, dignity, and respect for all individuals
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
