Job Summary:
- We are seeking a skilled Training Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of the operations department, you will play a critical role in enhancing employee skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster a collaborative learning environment for employees, reviewing course curricula and providing actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to established training quality guidelines and processes, documenting all classes facilitated.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to drive improvement initiatives focused on employee development, execution, and application.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through observations and audits, tracking post-training results and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analyze classroom feedback to identify areas for improvement in class facilitation.
- Conduct needs assessments, research, and develop new training initiatives to enhance the skill set of employees.
- Design and create instructional materials for training courses that support employee growth and development.
- Identify knowledge gaps and develop action plans for improvement, ensuring that training programs meet evolving business needs.
- Maintain and update existing training materials to align with changing organizational priorities.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with colleagues and customers.
- Proven experience in a contact center, BPO, or fast-paced operations environment, with a customer-centric attitude under pressure.
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with complaint handling and professional communication across various support platforms.
