About the Role

As a key member of our Member Experience team, you will be responsible for developing and leading the end-to-end sales process. This includes onboarding unregistered advisers and leading training activities.

This role involves utilising your knowledge of Australian Retirement Trust's products and services to articulate their value to external Financial Advisers through phone-based activities and presentations.

Effective data management and reporting on advisers, dealers, and campaigns are crucial in achieving business objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the end-to-end sales process
  • Onboard unregistered advisers
  • Lead training activities
  • Utilise product knowledge to articulate value to external Financial Advisers
  • Manage and report on adviser, dealer and campaign data
