Mott MacDonald, a leading engineering consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Director to join our Buildings team in Sydney. With a strong focus on social and environmental outcomes, we're committed to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

As a Director of Urban Development, you'll be responsible for managing client relationships, winning new projects, and leading large proposals. Your expertise in civil engineering design will ensure seamless delivery of urban redevelopment projects, from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client management and business development
  • Civil engineering design and documentation
  • Project coordination and technical reviews
  • Opportunities for project management, bid support, and line management

We're looking for a talented individual with relevant qualifications in civil engineering or civil design. Your experience in buildings, urban development, or land development projects will be highly regarded. Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD, 12d, Civil 3D, DRAINS, MUSIC, and familiarity with Australian Standards and Local Council Planning Schemes are essential.
