  • Lead a team of dedicated staff to deliver outstanding customer service and hotel operations">
  • Experience in running an accommodation-based hotel with a focus on administration, front office, and restaurant operations">
  • Prepared to work within all areas of the business, including customer-facing roles and back-of-house operations">
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to deal with the public effectively">
  • Computing and reporting skills, with experience in RMS or other accommodation booking systems">
  • Experience in restaurant, kitchen, and events management">
