About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth operation of our finance systems. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your technical expertise and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for finance systems, acting as first-line support for user queries and technical issues, maintaining system configurations, master data and centrally managed tables, ensuring data integrity and monitoring daily system runs, interfaces and reconciliations.

You will also be involved in analysing and resolving issues in dealer portals, transit accounts and legacy systems, supporting month-end and year-end close processes, generating and supporting financial reports, dashboards and audit data, providing documentation for internal/external audits and ensuring SOX compliance.

In addition, you will identify system gaps and propose enhancements in collaboration with ICT, document and validate business requirements for changes and upgrades, coordinate system testing and share solutions with users post-implementation, participate in finance projects, data migrations and process automation, maintain user access controls and support segregation of duties reviews, document workflows and create training materials for end-users, deliver awareness sessions and ongoing user support.

This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, FIS AF, a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles, familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Qlik, Excel) and knowledge of financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP).

Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a finance systems support or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, FIS AF
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Qlik, Excel)
  • Knowledge of financial compliance standards (e.g., SOX, IFRS, GAAP)
