Customer Service Representative

Job Overview:
The Role involves providing a high standard of customer service and processing guest check-ins and outs in our park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer experiences for guests
- Processing transactions accurately using the park booking system
- Coordinating with the Housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
- Sending information regarding property and local areas of interest
- Completing day-to-day office administration tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Prioritizing delivering exceptional Guest experiences
- Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of RMS or comparable Reservation Booking System
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
