Change Specialist Role

Evaluate, design, and implement change plans that drive intended business outcomes through sustained change adoption.

This role involves providing expert advice to business stakeholders on change management and communication solutions. Influencing stakeholders across the organizational structure to achieve improved change outcomes is a key aspect of this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencing stakeholders across the organizational structure to achieve improved change outcomes.
  • Leading assigned changes end-to-end using the change management framework and techniques.
  • Managing a portfolio of change, including strategic projects, transformational projects, operational projects, business lead initiatives, technology changes, and Change Management Practice business plan initiatives.
  • Conducting impact analysis, stakeholder analysis, and assessing current state to inform change planning and demonstrate positive post-change impact.
  • Working closely with Learning & Development and Marketing & Digital Teams to ensure alignment of change activities to capability, training, and external messaging efforts.
  • Providing regular progress updates to identified stakeholders on changes in progress.
  • Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of internal communications.
  • Being a positive change ambassador in the business.
  • Working with the Change and Communication team to continuously improve team processes, quality, branding, and capability.
  • Providing back-up support to the team for changes, technical deployments, and internal communications activities as required.
  • Identifying, assessing, communicating, and planning to remediate risks on all activities.
  • Executing risk mitigations and escalating risks and concerns to the Head of Change & Communications for change initiatives.
  • Ensuring all necessary records and documents are kept.
Requirements:
  • Experience leading a portfolio of varied changes, leading change management activities in a complex environment, working in a shared services environment, experience in training, facilitation, and presenting, and familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle are desired qualifications.
  • Certifications like PROSCI, Lean Six Sigma, or similar are highly valued.
