We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Expert to support our major transformation project.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business process improvements, shaping operational processes and ensuring seamless digital transformation from the ground up. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes, identify gaps and develop strategies to bridge them.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Mapping & Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize existing processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance business efficiency.
  2. System Transition Support: Provide critical support in migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics, capturing requirements, identifying gaps and facilitating end-to-end change management.
  3. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Elicit and validate requirements proactively, even with limited business access, to ensure that the system accurately reflects operational needs.
  4. Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive training materials, facilitate sessions and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
  5. Level 3 Support & Ticket Analysis: Investigate system issues, analyze support tickets and define functional change requirements to support development and troubleshooting.
  6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, support teams and other experts to ensure delivery of business value.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence and Microsoft Visio
  • Proficient in business process mapping techniques and tools
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process analysis, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
