Organizational Change Management Consultant

The ideal candidate will work on client system integration and transformation projects with a focus on enterprise resource planning. As an expert in change management, you will support clients in adopting new ways of operating, managing risk associated with the people side of change.

You will participate in designing, developing, and implementing strategies to achieve project outcomes and support organizational objectives. Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing Organisational Change Management support for enterprise systems transformation.
  • Building programs to meet adoption needs based on impact assessment and gap analysis.
  • Helping drive OCM inclusion and delivery within initiatives, executing stakeholder engagement plans, and introducing new ways of working.
  • Supporting training teams by providing input related to strategy, plan, and rollout.
  • Collaborating in development environments and working with business and service providers.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, facilitation, teamwork, and collaboration. The successful candidate must adapt quickly to new processes and requirements, handle conflicting priorities professionally, and demonstrate self-motivation and direction.

Required skills and qualifications include presentation, verbal, and written communication skills, minimum 4+ years of OCM experience, and expertise in providing OCM to enterprise system transformation (ERP preferred). ACMP/PROSCI training or equivalent is desirable.
