Job Opportunity

The NDIS Service Coach will play a pivotal role in empowering Self-Managed Teams to achieve their full potential. This position requires a unique blend of leadership skills, industry expertise, and a passion for person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster collaborative, capable, and client-focused Self-Managed Teams (SMTs)
  • Guide support workers to take on leadership roles with clarity and purpose
  • Ensure team stability, oversee worker allocations, and manage service intake and planning
  • Engage regularly with the team, promoting a strong culture and proactive practice
  • Educate staff on quality, safeguarding, and compliance best practices
  • Respond to incidents, facilitate debriefs, and drive reflective practice
  • Champion feedback tools like PQFactor to enhance culture, accountability, and improvement
  • Provide regular reporting insights to contribute to organisational service intelligence
Requirements:
  • Experience in the NDIS sector, with a deep understanding of NDIS Practice Standards
  • Leadership or coaching experience, formal or informal
  • Passion for strengths-based approaches and person-centred care
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
  • A love for building meaningful relationships
  • Driver's licence and a reliable vehicle
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
