We are currently seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional drink service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to patrons with precision and attention to detail
- Develop and implement creative cocktail recipes, utilizing mixers, spirits, and garnishes
- Maintain a well-organized bar area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are readily available
- Foster excellent guest relations and provide outstanding customer service, responding promptly to requests and resolving any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with food and beverage regulations, adhering to health and safety standards

**Requirements & Skills:**

- 1 year of experience in a related role (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of mixology, including drink preparation techniques and ingredient combinations
- Proficiency in computer software, specifically POS systems and inventory management tools
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to multitask, handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- RSA certificate or equivalent certification

**Preferred Schedule:**

- Day shift availability is preferred, but we are open to discussing alternative schedules
