
Client Experience Lead

We are seeking a highly principled Client Experience Manager to lead and manage a high-performing Support Worker team. As a key member of the Client Experience Team, you will be responsible for delivering strategic objectives while providing an excellent end-to-end client experience using bespoke client assessment, risk, support planning, and goal tracking technology.
The ideal candidate will have strong people leadership and management skills, with a comprehensive understanding of what client success looks like and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and their support workers.
