Job Summary:

The NSW & ACT State Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for the direction and management of a team of Senior Operations Managers and Operations Managers across NSW & ACT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster great relationships with clients across various sectors, including Aged Care & Education.
  • Influence and drive teams to provide high-quality food services to clientele.

This position requires a genuine operational leader who can track, forecast, and drive financial performance. You will lead, coach, and further develop your key senior leaders, building extremely strong professional relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.

You will oversee menu preparation, observe safety practices, adhere to regulatory bodies, and maintain our market-leading position. Strategically collaborate with other business units to capitalize on opportunities and foster a positive work experience that promotes collaboration, upskilling, and excellence across operational teams.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Significant experience within the hospitality sector in a leadership position from a food or catering environment (Aged Care or Education would be well regarded).
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract management.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational and financial goals in a hospitality setting.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions.
