**The opportunity**

The purpose of the role is to work within and contribute to a high performing team providing excellence in service delivery, leading to the delivery of AMP’s strategic objectives.

As a CSO, you will be required to carry out a range of duties and responsibilities across different AMP Retail products.

You will use your understanding of the products and processes to service our customer needs and respond to growth opportunities as presented by AMP’s customers.

**How you will make an impact**:

- Providing outstanding service to AMP’s customers and colleagues
- Achievement of daily Key Performance Indicators of individual and team
- Meeting or exceeding quality assurance targets
- Effective Customer Account Management to drive customer advocacy
- Raising issues through the correct channels, challenging positively and proactively working to overcome barriers
- Adding value to each customer interaction by understanding the customer needs and adapting to find the best service approach

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment desirable
- Ability to recognise, analyse and solve problems
- Strong numeracy and communication (both oral and written) skills
- Ability to handle high volumes and work effectively under pressure
- High level attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Passionate about helping people and excited about a career in Customer Service
- Positive attitude and desire to make a difference
- Flexible and willing to try different approaches to reach successful outcomes
- Thrives from working in a team environment with high performing people
- Comfortable with being measured and accountable for own performance and results
- Understanding of compliance framework and obligations
- Strives to identify efficiencies and improvements to how we operate
- Timekeeping and ability to keep to deadlines
- Desire and ability to constantly develop and maintain Customer Service skills
