About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Fiscal Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will play a vital role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Assist in the preparation and filing of individual, company, partnership, and trust tax returns.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing their accounting and tax-related needs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Requirements:
Candidate should be a CPA or working towards CPA qualifications.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax preparation and financial statement preparation.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm (with flexibility) and has a hybrid work from home option available one day per week.
