We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader with a proven track record of success in NDIS management, or healthcare leadership roles. If you have experience in leading teams and a passion for person-centred care, we would like to hear from you.

As a Care Lead, you will oversee a team of dedicated Care professionals, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support and services. Your key responsibilities will include:

Team Leadership:

- Inspire and empower your care team to deliver exceptional, compassionate care.

- Oversee the day-to-day management of our support services to ensure high-quality services compliant with NDIS practice standards.

Care Coordination:

- Collaborate with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to create and manage tailored care plans.

- Manage and oversee the intake process of new participants.

Client Engagement:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, their families, and their care teams to promote positive outcomes.

Quality Assurance:

- Continuously assess and enhance the quality of care provided, implementing necessary improvements.

Community Engagement:

- Cultivate positive relationships within the community, actively advocating for our services and the well-being of those we serve.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Experience and Qualification

- Previous experience in a leadership role in Disability and Aged care sectors - Ideally 3 to 5 years

- Relevant qualifications in disability, nursing, healthcare, social work, or a related field.

Essential Skills

- Collaboratively lead, motivate, and develop a team.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills.

- A passion for holistic wellness and a commitment to person-centred care.
