Driving Business Growth Through Data-Driven Decision Making

The Insights Data Analyst will be instrumental in developing and executing our strategic insights plan, driving performance measurement and business objective definition through deep user understanding.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborating with Product, Editorial, and Marketing teams to gather and share data-driven audience insights for digital properties across various business units.
- Supporting campaign tracking and analytics for cross-line-of-business owned channel initiatives, providing actionable weekly/monthly reporting and insights on campaign effectiveness.
- Delivering data-backed recommendations to enhance user engagement and conversion optimization on marketing campaigns.
- Presenting analytics and insights to the digital team and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Utilizing Adobe Analytics and other tools to track performance, create dashboards, and provide data-driven insights to teams.
- 5+ years of experience working in data analytics, ideally for a large-scale consumer-facing product.
- Experience providing data insights to a digital news/content platform is advantageous.
- Proficiency in querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.
- A keen interest in entertainment, sports, and media will be beneficial.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to effectively communicate insights.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to examine issues from a broad perspective.
- Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable in approach.
- Inquisitive with a desire and capacity to learn and relearn.
