Food and Beverage Leadership Opportunity

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the daily operations of a vibrant restaurant featuring a buffet breakfast and afternoon pool bar.

  • Develop and implement innovative menu ideas and promotions to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, inventory management, and ordering

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement effective kitchen operations to maintain high standards of food safety and quality
  2. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase revenue and guest satisfaction
  3. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing and services
  4. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations to ensure staff development and engagement

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management skills with experience in F&B operations
  • Basic understanding of labour trackers, cost of sales, and budgets (training provided)
  • RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol), RMLV (Responsible Management of Licensed Venues), and Food Safety certification (assistance available to obtain if certifications are not currently held)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a knack for prioritisation
