Job Description:

As a Disability Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in helping people with an injury, illness or disability become work ready and find suitable employment. You will source employment opportunities for job seekers, help them identify their skills and abilities, and deliver outstanding customer service to both job seekers and employers.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Source employment opportunities for job seekers
  • Help job seekers identify their skills and abilities and secure employment
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to job seekers and employers
  • Provide training and support services to increase job seekers' capacity for employment
  • Develop and implement joint job plans with job seekers to support a clear pathway to employment
  • Build relationships with local employers and community organisations

Requirements:

  • Background in delivering great customer service

  • Current driver's licence and comprehensively insured vehicle
  • Will to complete a Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check
