As a Senior Business Analyst on Amazon's Payment Acceptance and Product Management team, you will be responsible for converting data into actionable business insights that drive better customer experiences. You will build self-service dashboards and reports, and have exciting challenges and opportunities to influence and drive a growing business area.

The successful candidate is an analysis expert who leverages various data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information. They provide insights to improve paying customer experiences and the success of payment products. They build deep contextual and domain knowledge, ensure data quality, and build scalable tools.

Key responsibilities include leading and developing payment metrics, owning the development and maintenance of new and existing solution artifacts, building self-service BI, performing data analysis, creating marketing segmentation, and designing, developing, and maintaining scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field, with 3+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience, and experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, or a related technical or quantitative field, and experience using AWS technologies such as Redshift, S3, EC2, EMR, and other data warehouse or data pipeline products.
