Talenza is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with NPP experience

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with expertise in the New Payments Platform to join our team at Talenza.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of the New Payments Platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Design and implement business process improvements and re-engineering initiatives
  • Conduct data analysis and create business high-level requirements, user stories, and system functional and non-functional requirements
  • Facilitate workshops and elicit critical insights from stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain collaborative working relations with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst
  • Strong experience with building APIs
  • Business Analyst with experience in business process improvement/re-engineering, data analysis, customer journey/value chain/process mapping, business high-level requirements/user stories/system functional/non-functional requirements gathering
  • Proven experience in performing E2E business analysis tasks, from requirements gathering to solution implementation
  • Strong facilitation and elicitation skills
  • Strong and diverse experience in large projects, forming requirements, planning delivery milestones, user stories, process engineering, and creation/management of project artefacts
