Job Overview

The HR Administrator role is a key position within the organization, responsible for providing support and guidance to employees in various aspects of human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative duties related to employee assistance, data management, and records keeping.
  • Partner with the Human Resources Manager and General Manager to provide advice on industrial relations, employee engagement, learning and development, and workforce planning.
  • Drive brand standards and values by championing Crowne Plaza Brand and IHG People Tools.
  • Coordinate and facilitate Learning and Development programs, accurately tracking attendance, and ensuring timely updates.
  • Ensure accurate records are kept, and data input occurs regarding colleagues' personnel files, payroll requests, and industrial relations issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven administrative skills, particularly in HR-related processes and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, driving results-oriented initiatives.
  • High level of internal customer care, with a focus on efficiency and process improvement.
