Job Overview:

This is a key leadership position within the Human Resources Senior Leadership Group, responsible for providing expert HR consultancy and advisory services on complex people matters.

The role undertakes specialist projects to support executive leaders, addressing novel and complex issues that require tact, negotiation skills, and subject matter expertise.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Provide authoritative advice to executives and senior leaders on HR matters requiring direct intervention with tact, high-level negotiation skills, and subject matter expertise.
  • Lead and implement workforce programs, offering guidance to managers to improve performance, productivity, and culture across the organization.
  • Build strategic partnerships with executives, managers, and team leaders to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, and provide tailored solutions.

This is a permanent full-time position requiring tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field. A strong understanding of organizational dynamics and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
