Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Officer.

About the Role
  • This role is responsible for providing high-quality support to stakeholders and ensuring that recruitment processes are aligned with best practices.
  • You will be working closely with panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring they are timely and cost-effective.
  • You will also be responsible for managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries, utilising problem-solving skills to find answers and resolve queries.

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment. You will also have the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels and relevant work experience in a human resources field.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they're aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective.
  • Monitor and manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, including:
    • managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries
    • use problem-solving skills to find answers and resolve queries.
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches for identified roles.
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.

  • demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
