Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

Our team seeks a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support the delivery of our Human Resources programs and philosophies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the administration of people processes and IHG people tools hotel wide, ensuring seamless project management and efficient tool usage.
  • Mentor and guide leaders during recruitment and on-boarding processes, guaranteeing all new colleagues receive necessary resources for success.
  • Provide MyRecruit support to Leaders by assisting with applicant sourcing and progressing candidate applications through the platform.
  • Deliver On-Boarding and Brand Orientation experiences for new colleagues in partnership with Departmental Trainers and leadership teams.
  • Champion Crowne Plaza Brand and IHG People Tools initiatives.
  • Streamline employee retention strategies by leveraging data and feedback from new hire & exit interviews.
  • Offer guidance and coaching to leaders on hotel policy, performance management, and industrial relations matters in conjunction with HRM.
  • Collaborate with the HRM and leadership teams to plan and execute People Processes deliveries, including Talent Reviews and Personal Development Reviews/Calibration.
  • Coordinate Learning and Development programs and track training attendance accurately.
  • Partner with the National payroll team to address colleague pay inquiries and assist leaders with Collective Agreement questions, interpretation, and application.
  • Ensure timely and accurate records are kept, and data input occurs regarding colleagues' personnel files, payroll requests, and industrial relations issues.
  • Support coordination of mandatory training sessions.
  • Provide exceptional internal customer care while maintaining efficiency and process excellence.
