Senior Project Scheduling Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and project planning, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Creating tender programs and methodologies outlining milestones, durations, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Monitoring progress against the baseline schedule, including regular site checks and progress reporting.
- Assisting in preparing and substantiating delay or extension of time claims.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in construction, civil engineering, or a related field, and have at least 4 years of experience in project planning or project controls within the construction sector.
A strong technical knowledge of scheduling, critical path logic, and programme analysis is essential, as is proficiency with Primavera P6 or other planning software.
Additional skills and qualifications required include familiarity with project cost management processes, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, and a commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
